At Wedding Photography Hawaii you are not just a customer, you are also my friends and at each event or photo session I stride and take pride in capturing quality images that you will cherish for a lifetime.

I offer a 10 percent discount on all packages and services to active military and senior citizens over 65 years of age with valid I. D. The discount is not applied to already discounted specials such as the monthly specials or special promotions.

Specials must be booked 3 weeks in advance.

Specials are for sessions and events booked on a weekday and are only for sessions on the Island of Oahu.

With the exception of the Wedding Special, there are no monthly special for the months of June, July, and August.

• The disc also includes all of the unedited print files.
• There is a 1.5 hour time limit on the photo session.
• We do request the use of 3 images to keep our work fresh.
• This Special is available for the months of January of 2010 and is effective 1st and will run till the end of the month.

Reprints and Enlargements:

As the owner of all of your digital files and negatives, you will have the control and the ability to purchase reprints and enlargements from anywhere you choose.

Terms of Payment:

Payment for your session is by cash, check, or credit card via Google Checkout. A 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon scheduling - remaining balance due at the end of the event. A MINIMUM NOTICE OF 72 HOURS IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF YOUR SESSION. If a notice of cancellation is received within less than 72 hours, then the full ammount of the session will be due. If a reschedule date is available a $50. reschedule fee would apply.

Booking Procedures:

• Session Bookings are First Come - First Serve.
• A 25% Deposit is required to Book and Secure all Event and Session dates.
• As a Courtesy - Session Date Requests are reserved and held for 5 days from the time we receive your initial Inquiry.
• You will receive a reply to your Inquiry within 1 or 2 days.
• Each reply will have an attached Agreement based on the Service you are Booking.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• Fed Ex Shipping in the US is $20 - International Fed Ex Shipping in the US is $35.
